Your Privacy

Our opinion here at Not Just Fitness is that privacy is paramount. When you give information to someone, we believe there is a reasonable expectation that information will be kept private. Well, at Not Just Fitness it will be.

We will only use your information to contact you as necessary for training, massage, newsletters or events, unless you have given permission otherwise.

When you provide us with your email, you will receive monthly newsletters and promotions (which you can easily opt out of). Your trainer will contact you for scheduling questions or issues via phone or email.

You will never receive an email from another company on our behalf or that we have given your information to. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we will NEVER share your information with another company, except our two companies listed below for standard business operation.

We take great care to ensure the information your provide to your therapist and/or trainer is kept secure and available only to our staff. Any information obtained is confidential and will only be discussed with your permission.

We use two affiliate programs called Constant Contact for our newsletter service and MindBody Online for our Appointment Scheduling. We have a privacy policy with both of these services to ensure the privacy and safety of your data. You can opt out of our mailing service at anytime for our newsletters and we limit the information you need to provide to us to the minimum needed to service you effectively.

When you provide us with your credit card information, it is processed through a PCI compliant service provider to ensure your data safety.
